PROGRAMS

At Matoc Organization, we offer ongoing programs that reflect our commitment to practical, compassionate, and long-term support for individuals with mental health challenges and autism. Each program is designed to meet real needs, encourage resilience, and foster inclusion. Whether it’s a child with sensory needs, a parent seeking guidance, or a youth navigating stress, our programs are built to uplift and equip every step of the way.

Sensory-Based Therapy Program

This program is specifically designed to support individuals—especially children—who experience sensory processing difficulties. Through structured, play-based therapy, we help improve attention, reduce anxiety, and enhance daily functioning. Whether a child is overwhelmed by sound or struggles with touch and movement, our trained therapists develop custom plans to promote calm, control, and confidence.

We also educate families and educators on creating sensory-friendly environments that foster learning and emotional regulation both at home and in the classroom.

Parent Education & Support

Parenting a child with autism or mental health needs can be overwhelming and isolating. That’s why we walk alongside families with targeted support. Our program includes educational workshops, 1-on-1 coaching, peer-led support groups, and access to expert advice. We empower parents with the knowledge and tools to better understand their child’s behavior, communicate effectively, and become confident advocates.

Our goal is to strengthen the family unit—because healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in relationship.

School Partnership & Advocacy Program

We believe schools play a critical role in a child’s mental and emotional development. That’s why we partner with educators and school administrators to promote inclusive practices, support IEP implementation, and deliver teacher training on autism, trauma, and emotional wellness.

This program ensures students with diverse needs receive the accommodations and understanding they deserve while helping schools foster more compassionate, responsive learning environments.

Nutrition & Gut-Brain Connection Program

The connection between nutrition and mental health is powerful. Our program focuses on helping families understand how diet influences behavior, mood, focus, and neurological function. Through workshops, assessments, and nutrition planning, we address issues like gut sensitivity, sugar regulation, and food-related anxiety.

This holistic approach supports both children and adults in improving their overall wellness by making informed, supportive dietary choices rooted in science and compassion.

Youth Enrichment & Resilience Training

Today’s youth are under more pressure than ever—from academic stress to social anxiety. Our enrichment program helps teens and young adults build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and life skills. Through mentorship, group activities, and workshops on emotional intelligence, stress management, self-esteem, and leadership, we create safe spaces where young people can grow into strong, confident, and mentally equipped individuals.

This program also bridges the gap for neurodiverse youth, ensuring they feel empowered, understood, and capable of thriving in school, relationships, and life
