Who we are and why we exist
Our Story
MATOC Organization, Inc. was founded in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in 2023 by Jeff Joseph, a parent whose son and nephew were both diagnosed with autism. That experience showed him how many families are left to navigate autism and developmental disabilities without enough local support, and it became the reason MATOC exists.
Our Mission
To support children with autism and their families through education, wellness programs, and community awareness, in settings that are safe, inclusive, and sensory-friendly.
Our Vision
A world where every child with autism has access to compassionate, appropriate support, and where neurodiversity is understood and respected.
